We offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation as an opportunity for us to connect, learn a little about your needs, and determine whether our practice may be a good fit for you. Please note that the consultation does not establish a client-therapist relationship with the practice.
A therapeutic relationship begins once you complete the intake documentation and first session.
Insurance
We are currently accepting Highmark. We encourage you to verify your mental health benefits with your insurance provider before scheduling your first appointment
Self-Pay Rates
Intake & Initial Assessment $165
Individual Therapy Session $150 (50-60 minutes)
Family Therapy Session $ 165 (50-60 minutes)
Payment Policy
Payment is required for all services except the complimentary 20-minute consultation and parent meeting updates. To make the process simple and convenient, clients are asked to keep a valid credit card securely on file through SimplePractice, our electronic health record system. We will charge the card on file within 24 hours after each session unless we have made alternative payment arrangements in advance.

No Surprises Act / Good Faith Estimate
As part of our commitment to transparency in healthcare costs, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your therapy sessions. We will provide this estimate upon request and before scheduling your first appointment. Please contact our office with any questions regarding anticipated costs.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a $110 fee.
