EMDR & Trauma-Focused Therapy Sessions
Dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, or depression can be overwhelming, especially if you don’t have the appropriate coping mechanisms to deal with trauma-induced symptoms and emotions. Play Therapy Sessions
Play therapy allows kids to receive the help they need to cope with life-altering trauma, all through the power of play. Just as adults enjoy a conversation in their native language, children can better relate to trauma therapy techniques using their first language – “Play”.

Family Therapy Sessions
In family therapy sessions, the therapist will help family members talk about their feelings and experiences. This allows everyone to share their thoughts, which can lead to better understanding and healing. The therapist guides the conversation to address any arguments, misunderstandings, or emotional struggles the family may face. Together, they identify patterns that aren’t helpful and work on ways to communicate better. This process helps families build stronger relationships, set healthy boundaries, and develop a deeper appreciation for one another.

Consultation & Supervision
EMDR consultation allows therapists to refine their techniques and approaches, ensuring they can effectively support clients who have experienced trauma and other challenging life experiences.
Play therapy supervision provides a unique opportunity for practitioners to explore the therapeutic process through children's eyes, enhancing their ability to connect with young clients meaningfully.
Consultation
We offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation as an opportunity for us to connect, learn a little about your needs, and determine whether our practice may be a good fit for you. Please note that the consultation does not establish a client-therapist relationship with the practice. A therapeutic relationship begins once you complete the intake documentation and session.
No Surprises Act / Good Faith Estimate
As part of our commitment to transparency in healthcare costs, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your therapy sessions. We will provide this estimate upon request and before scheduling your first appointment. Please contact our office with any questions regarding anticipated costs.
Payment Policy
Payment is required for all services except the complimentary 20-minute consultation and parent meeting updates. To make the process simple and convenient, clients are asked to keep a valid credit card securely on file through SimplePractice, our electronic health record system. We will charge the card on file within 24 hours after each session unless we have made alternative payment arrangements in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to the full session fee.
